This 14.2 hand, 11 year old, Dutch/Welsh Sport Pony gelding is spunky, fun, and has a heart of gold. He has a solid record at training level and is best suited for a confident and ambitious JR, YR or small AA who wants a smart, talented pony to show them the ropes of eventing! Digby happily goes in a loose ring snaffle in all three phases, and is an absolute cross country machine. As much as he loves to work, he also loves trail rides, doesn’t know how to spook, and has a genuinely kind attitude. His owner is off to college hence the reason for his sale.

"Snitch" is a 4 year old, 15.3h Thoroughbred gelding. Snitch is a lovely mover and quiet. Suitable for amateurs of any age that wants to get out and do a little of everything. Also suitable for a young rider or pony club rider. 

"CC" is a 16.1 hand 5 year old mare with four star potential and is forward thinking and eager to please. CC is most suitable for a YR or professional wanting to bring one up from the Training level to the top of our sport as she has unlimited scope!  She has no vices, is not marish and is a joy to have around the barn. “Heidi” is a 16.0 hand OLD GOV 2009 bay mare by Rosenthal/His Highness/Elektron. She absolutely LOVES to work and finds the more technical work quite easy and mentally pleasing. I personally believe this mare has GP written all over her and she’s got the work ethic to boot. Heidi hacks out alone or in groups and is easy to handle around the barn. She has shown through second level and I’ve introduced her to the flying changes which I’ve demonstrated on this video (along with half pass in both trot and canter). Would be suitable for an eager YR or young adult (smaller build as she’s not a massive horse) who may not have the funds for a world class horse but is willing to put the work into this phenomenal mare to take to the top of the dressage sport! 8 year old 15.3 hand imported Holsteiner bay gelding who I've had the pleasure to keep in training the past two and a half months! This horse is the easiest ride of the day, my most eager student and precious to boot! G goes all three phases in a loose ring snaffle, hacks out alone or in company and has not a single vice! G placed 3rd at his eventing debut and plans to move up the the Novice level later this month however he schools much higher and technical at home! Sparrow is an 11 year old 13.2 hand welsh pony gelding with years of eventing and fox hunting experience. He is a total beginner novice packer, with tons of top 3 finishes. He has no buck spook or rear. Sparrow introduced his young rider to eventing and is now looking for a new kid to show the ropes. Sparrow is easy on the flat and a careful jumper. He is the perfect pony club mount or for a young kid wanting to win at beginner novice. Flagmount's Spartan is a CCI** horse who has never had a cross country jumping penalty in his entire career. He is a 16.2 hand 9 year old ISH/TB gelding with potential for four stars or could be suitable for the jumper ring. No soundness issues and is going to continue to compete until sold. Would suit an ambitious young rider or young professional wanting to get some upper level mileage. Laine says he is the best cross country horse she has ever trained.

"Flow Flow" is a 15.3 hand 5 year chestnut mare with such a quiet demeanor that she would be amateur friendly but is athletic enough for a professional seeking his or her next world class horse. Flow is suitable for eventing or pure dressage. She has no vices, is not marish and is a joy to have around the barn. She hacks out alone or in groups and goes in a loose ring snaffle for all three phases. She competed this summer at Waredaca and finished 3rd in the Beginner Novice division. She is schooling Novice and Training sized jumps and cross country. 

"Leo" is 2004, 16.1 hand Irish Sport Horse gelding by Corcullen RID. Leo is a lovely horse with lots of experience and success at the lower levels, along with prelim experience with a professional. He has competed in the Area I Beginner Novice and Novice Championships in which he won and came in third. He has been AEC qualified every year of his career. Leo is very sweet and loving in the barn. He is also simple to ride, care for, and goes in a happy mouth snaffle for all three phase.

"Tommy" is a 2010 Arab/Friesian Bay 16.1 hand gelding who is almost undefeated at second level at every show in 2016 with scores beyond 75%! Schooling third level movements with potential easily for FEI! Talent for an up and coming pro and a temperament for a YR or amateur! Tommy has no vices and is the ultimate gentleman to work around in the stable. Lainey also took him to a recognized event a year ago to add some cross training to his dressage training where he placed second at his debut!

“Lizzie” is a 8 year old 16.1 Thoroughbred mare who is a great Training level packer with Prelim and one star mileage. Would be great AA or YR mount. Goes all three phases in a snaffle. Lizzie is VERY sound and has a very good work ethic. She scores consistently in 20s in dressage and would also be a competitive dressage horse.

"Raptor" is a 2006 TB gelding with a positive attitude that makes him the most pleasant ride of the day. He is one of the most kind and elegant prospects we have ever offered for sale. He is an incredible jumper and soft and steady on the flat. Raptor is very easy to ride and hacks out alone or in a group. He is sound with no vices.  He is currently competing at Preliminary but would make an ideal 1* horse for a young rider or amateur. Raptor is also a Training level packer.

"Sherman" is a 2005 Thoroughbred gelding who came off the track fall 2011 and is coming along well in his training to be a premier event horse. He is incredibly light on his feet and has a very soft mouth. He is lovely to be around and brave on the trails. This is a very trusting individual and Valerie Ashker believes he will mature to be one of their easiest yet competitive rides.

Model American aka Little Mod or Mod Squad is a stunning 2007 Thoroughbred gelding by Idol American. He has three lovely gaits and a quiet temperament and he is currently going Novice. Mod is another example of a serious prospect for Crow's Ear Farm. He is delightful to work around and has the softest mouth that you could ride with your pinkies. He stands 15.2hh and has no vices. There is nothing complicated about this horse and he is simply a classy individual.
